BreadSmith Pizza Dough Instructions

Remove dough from the refrigerator. Place on work surface covered with cornmeal or flour. Allow dough to return to room temperature. Shape dough, then add pizza sauce and toppings. For best results bake on a pizza stone or sheet pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 18 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing.
