Ingredients
- Sugar (This amount may not be necessary because of sugar in stock)1 Cup
- Whole Cranberries or 2 Cups Cranberry Stock2 Cups

- Brandy1/4 Cup
- Minse Meat1/3 Cup

- Cranberries1/2 lb. (2 Cups)
- Orange1 Medium

Instructions
Cranberry Sauce:
Heat to boiling 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water and add 2 cups cranberries. Cook until berries pop. Add minse meat and pecans. Cool. Add brandy to mixture the day it is to be served.
Cranberry Relish
Grind 2 cups cranberries and 1 seeded orange together. Mix with 1 cup sugar. Let stand several days before serving. Add minse meat, pecans, and brandy the day it is to be served.
Sauce and relish can be frozen remembering to add brandy the day it is to be served.
