Artichoke Antipasto Salad

A really tasty, easy to make salad.

Ingredients
- Tomatoes (Sliced into Chunks)3 or 4
- Black Olives (Sliced)1/2 Cup (Or More)
- Artichoke Hearts (Marinated)2 Jars (6 oz. each)
- Red Bell Pepper (Quartered and Sliced)1
- Green Onions (Sliced)2
- Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)1/4 to 1/2 Cup
Instructions
Toss the first 5 ingredients together. Chill for 30 minutes. Wash and tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Just before serving, combine all ingredients.
Optional: Slivered avacado, fresh basil
Note: If marinade isn't tasty enough, you can add Caesar or Italian dressing to give it more zip. The imported marinated artichokes are usually more tasty.
