Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil2 Tablespoons
  • Uncooked Rice (I Use Minute Rice)2/3 Cup
  • Boiling Water1 1/2 Cups
  • Beef Bouillion1 Cube
  • Soy Sauce2 Teaspoons
  • Cooked Pork, Diced1 Cup
  • Medium Green Pepper (Chopped)1
  • Onion (Chopped)1/2 Cup
  • Celery (Chopped)2 Stalks

Instructions

Saute rice in oil in a skillet until lightly brown. Watch closely to avoid burning.

Add water, bouillion cube, soy sauce and salt. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

Gently mix vegetables and pork throughout rice mixture. Cook covered until the rice is cooked and the vegetables are tender.

Note: Other kinds of vegetables may be added. Serve with chow mein noodles.
