Black Russian Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • Yellow Cake Mix (Without Pudding) (Duncan Hines?)1 (18 oz.)
  • Sugar1/2 Cup
  • Instant Chocolate Pudding and Pie Filling1 (6 Oz.) Pkg.
  • Vegetable Oil (Wesson)1 Cup
  • Eggs (Large)4
  • Vodka1/4 Cup
  • Kahlua1/2 Cup
  • Water1/2 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar (Unsifted)1/2 Cup
  • Kahlua1/4 Cup

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl at low speed for one minute. Then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto rack. Poke holes into cake with a fork and brush glaze over entire cake.

Glaze: Blend the powdered sugar and 1/4 cup Kahlua until smooth.
