Ingredients

Ice Cream Sandwiches (12 sandwiches)2 Pkg.
Cool Whip1 (12 oz.)
Chocolate Syrup1 (16 oz.)
Peanut Butter or Toffee Bits3/4 Cup
Peanuts or Toffee Bits1 Cup

Instructions

Heat syrup (do not boil). Add peanut butter and stir to melt. Cool.

Put 1/2 ice cream in bottom of 9 x 12 dish. Cover with 1/2 cool whip. Drizzle 1/2 cup syrup mixture over it. Add 1/2 cup peanuts over all. Repeat layers.

Freeze for 3 1/2 hours.
