Ingredients
- Brownie Mix (for 9" x 13" Pan)1
- Kahlua1/4 to 1/2 Cup
- Dark Chocolate Mousse Mix (Knorr Works Well)3 Boxes (2 or 3 oz. each)
- Heath Bars, Chopped (About 2 Cups)8
- Extra Creamy Cool Whip (Thawed)1 (12 oz.)
Instructions
Bake brownies as directed. Cool.
Whip mousse as directed but add Kahlua as part of the liquid. A glass trifle dish may be used or the 9" x 13" pan the brownies were baked in. Remove half the brownies from pan. Set aside. Crumble the rest in bottom of pan or trifle dish. Cover with half of the mousse. Sprinkle with half of the candy bar bits then spread with half the Cool Whip. Repeat layers once more. Refrigerate.
This is a large dessert and can be cut in half or a third. One whole recipe serves 15 to 18. Can be frozen. Uncover before thawing so Cool Whip doesn't stick to wrap.
