Wheat 'N White Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- Warm Water1 1/2 Cups
- Dry yeast1 Pkg.
- Sugar2/3 Cup
- salt1 1/2 Teaspoons
- Soft Butter2/3 Cup
- Eggs2
- Warm Mashed Potatoes (Instant Works Well)1 Cup
- Whole Wheat Flour2 Cups
- White Flour5 to 5 1/2 cups
Instructions
In large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, salt, butter, eggs and potatoes. Mix in flours by hand until dough is easy to handle. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl. Grease top of dough, cover with a damp cloth and put in refrigerator. About 2 hours before baking, shape dough into rolls. Cover and let rise until double, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
You can keep dough refrigerated for up to three days.
