Penne with Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Penne (Cooked, Drained)1 Pkg. (10 oz.)
  • Olive Oil1/8 Cup
  • Cloves garlic (Minced)2
  • Red Pepper Flakes (Crushed)1/2 Teaspoon
  • Tomatoes (Diced)3 1/2 Cups (2 14.5 oz. Cans)
  • Basil1 Tablespoon
  • Romano Cheese2 Tablespoons

Instructions

Place oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in large skillet; cook over medium high heat for 1 minute or until garlic begins to sizzle. Stir in tomatoes (juice included) and basil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add pasta to skillet; toss gently. Cover and let stand over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until pasta absorbs sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
